Stress Dissolution with Rajesh Ramani
At Select Collection Spa we occasionally invite guest therapists from our favourite resorts. When I went to Kamalaya Wellness Resort & Spa, I was really inspired by one of the therapists there - Rajesh Ramani who is a lifestyle trainer, meditation expert and spiritual teacher. I felt I wanted to share this experience with my valued clients, so I invited Rajesh to come and speak at our spa. He held a lecture focusing on Stress Dissolution.

45 Park Lane
The new hotel where art meets contemporary style. To stay at 45 Park Lane (part of Dorchester Collection Hotels) is to see London in a new light. The hotel boasts a creative energy and the location is exceptional overlooking Hyde Park in Mayfair, a few minutes walk to our office on South Audley Street.
The spectacular Penthouse offers panoramic views of London.
Charles Bland, a dear friend of mine, is the Director of Marketing and Sales of Dorchester Collection and invited me for a beautiful lunch at CUT at 45 Park Lane - Wolfgang Puck's first restaurant in Europe
