Beach - city - haven

One of our most popular hotels for a family beach holiday, One&Only Royal Mirage has a backdrop of skyscrapers, but is a lovely low rise sanctuary with Arabian design, among green lawns and flowers. The beachfront is a whole kilometre long, and there are sparkling swimming pools along with tennis, watersports and more…

There is so much to do at Royal Mirage, so many shops and so many restaurants (nine),  that you don’t need to leave…unless for some adrenalin fun at Aquaventure or to experience the highest building in the world.

One&Only Royal Mirage has three hotels – The Palace (231 rooms), The Arabian Court (172) and The Residence (48) – all with seaviews.

On my recent Dubai visit we called for lunch and hotel inspection. Here are a few of my snapshots…

Luxury at the top

My return to Mauritius included a visit to one of our well-loved resorts – One&Only Le St Géran. It was just as beautiful as ever and immaculately maintained. Stunning top luxury along with the warmth and refinement of its noble years…

Long white beach and thousands of palms, tropical gardens and dazzling lagoon bring the paradise feel. We had lunch with a view, what a view and what a lunch!

Le St Géran’s  facilities are top of the line:

Couples massage in a romantic set up outside

Developments include improved kid’s club, part of this very Mauritian resort's child friendly philosopy...

...many exciting activites for little ones

And of course still plenty of activities for adults - from tennis to watersports - and a social atmosphere in typical Mauritian style. Including dancing under the stars...
