Grand Evening in Oslo

Another fantastic evening was held at Grand Hotel Oslo on Tuesday. The guests enjoyed the new brochure and a wonderful dinner. They also had time to have a chat with our suppliers who come straight from our hotels and resorts to give first hand information.

It is truly wonderful to receive such a nice and personal gift for the Select Collection 20th anniversery and to know that we have such great partners as the Intercontinental.

Office Covered in Roses

Our Stockholm office is covered in roses from last week's event at Grand Hotel. They were decoration on the stage and tables for our 20th anniversary dinner.

These are very special roses, grown in Quito Ecuador and attended with special love by the owner John Nevado of Nevado Roses. A big Thank You to John for this wonderful contribution to our evening!

A Grand Evening

First out of the gala dinners to celebrate our 20th Anniversery and the launch of the new Select Collection Brochure, was Stockholm. On Monday we had a fantastic evening together with 350 of our best clients, suppliers and staff at Vinterträdgården, Grand Hotel.

We also held a charity auction for Water Aid to contribute to their great work in helping people all over the world get access to clean water. Jan Eliasson was guest of honour of the evening. Hotel nights at wonderful hotels were auctioned, and our valued clients put bids that together gave 440 000 SEK to WaterAid. Thank you!

Preparing For The Big Launch

It has been a hectic week. Our launch of the fantastic new brochure has taken place with wonderful celebrations in our Nordic countries. But to prepare for the big launch, we of course needed to be on top of each and every new hotel and destination. That is why we started the week last weekend with a Product Weekend on the countryside outside Stockholm.

Two full days of conference, and in the evening some fun and a great dinner.

Four Seasons invite

Me and my son Jonatan were invited to the Four Seasons Resort in Marrakech this weekend. It was a Recognition Event organized by the Management of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
It was a fantastic weekend and a big thank you to the General Manager Jean Claude Wietzel and his team. They did a fantastic job. I also want to thank you Four Seasons for the generousity and I feel very privileged to be the only Nordic Travel operator invited to this unforgettable event.

Island Tour

Sunday, Jonatan and I had our day off and we were invited by our new friends, Chad and Greg and their families to have a beautiful tour of the island of Anguilla.

Visit to Jumby Bay

the villas.

Hermitage Bay

Last day in Antigua at the beautiful Hermitage Bay. We are now off to Jumby Bay for villa inspection before catching the LIAT flight to Anguilla.

New Exciting Places to Come

I went with my management team to a beautiful location in Europe this weekend. The property will be featured in our new collection 2012-2014 - to be launched in March. Until then ... here are some pictures.
