Organic Friday

Today I gathered the Select Collection staff for some Friday Champagne - the organic Fleury, only produced in a quantity of a couple of thousand a year. This is the first Champagne that was certified as biodynamic. The method is very old fashioned, with a horse and carriage to collect the grapes and no chemicals at all used in the process.

To that I served the ecological chocolate I watched being produced in Grenada. See my old blog

I wanted the staff to taste and give their comments, as I am considering selling this particular 82% chocolate bar in our shops. And everyone liked it!
