Service with a Smile

I'm truly amazed to see the smile on the face of all my staff inspite of the problems in the world. We are no longer just Sales Consultants but also everyday professional 'problem-solvers'.

We are starting the days by analyzing the weather maps, oil leaks, airline bulletins (strikes etc) and I have a feeling we know more than CNN, at least when it comes to the needs of our valued clients.

The positive side of all that's happening in the world, is that our loyal clients have realized the real meaning and necessity to have a good Travel Consultant.



Johan Paloheimo in our Stockhom office has a true understanding of the clients' needs and gets lots of positive feedback when fighting Eyjafjallajokull!
