Today I met up with Hugo Pizzini, third generation owner of Rosa Alpina in the picturesque small village Cassiano, 30 minutes from Cortina in the Italian Dolotmites. Rosa Alpina was established 70 years ago and can boast with their two-star micheline restaurant and celebrity visitors as Tom Cruise.
